Ivana Brown

Ivana Brown is the Senior Team Leader, Market Transformation at NABERS, where she leads the evolution of tools, guidance and market settings to drive improved environmental performance across buildings. Her work focuses on bridging policy intent and market uptake, ensuring NABERS delivers credible, practical and scalable outcomes for government, industry and investors.

Aa a champion for change, Ivana brings over 20 years’ experience in the development and delivery of sustainability programs across the public and private sectors. Her career spans the property, construction and infrastructure sectors, including roles with NSW Government, Lendlease and WSP.

Ivana holds a Bachelor of Photovoltaic Engineering from UNSW and is an alumna of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship Program.
