Aaron Kelly

Aaron Kelly is the General Manager of Premrest and the Lead Host of the Let’s Talk Facilities Podcast. He is a visionary leader and public speaker with over 15 years of experience leading large teams and organisations. Aaron joined Premrest in 2023 as General Manager, bringing his passion for people and change management to increase their reach in helping Facility and Property Managers across Australia manage the full lifecycle of their floors from installation to maintenance and replacement. He has driven strategies that save costs and prioritise sustainability outcomes, maximising asset lifespans through proactive maintenance. 

Aaron speaks with Facility and Property Managers across Australia regularly, offering insights on “green line” decision-making, proactive maintenance, and empowering them to be champions in their organisations. After receiving similar questions and requests from FMs and PMs, no matter where he went, Aaron established the Let’s Talk Facilities Podcast. He has held strong to the podcast never being a sales pitch for any one product or service, including his organisation, Premrest. Rather, it remains a valuable tool to platform industry experts, champion best practice, and resource and educate Facility and Property Managers.
