Wayne Lobo

Wayne is a multidisciplinary engineering project leader experienced in the delivery of retrofit projects with highly sustainable targets. His experience spans projects with input and design from all engineering disciplines. He is a key interface between Arup and a projects broader stakeholders.

Wayne also has a keen interest in building operation and works with tuning, commissioning and operational teams to ensure that sustainability targets are met in practice after design and construction is complete.

Aside from his project roles, Wayne leads Arup’s internal skills development in the area of building performance and retrofitting across the APAC region.

Wayne is a chartered mechanical engineer and project manager, sits on the Green Building Council of Australia’s building performance expert reference panel as well as the NABERS Indepednant Design Review Panel
