Sarah Ripley

Sarah Ripley is a perioperative nurse with over a decade of experience across both public and private healthcare and more than five years working in the sustainability space. She is the Manager, Environment and Sustainability at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network, and a values-driven leader, changemaker, and climate change advocate. Sarah integrates sustainability into healthcare practice with a dual focus on people and planet, applying innovative and evidence-based strategies to drive transformational change. Her work centres on embedding sustainability across healthcare systems, supporting the delivery of high-quality, low-carbon care, and promoting ecological responsibility and health equity. Sarah is passionate about advocacy and education, building an environmentally conscious workforce capable of leading sustainable change across the health sector.
