Presenter bio
Nathaniel Galindo is a leading voice in Australia’s commercial and industrial energy sector. With over 20 years of experience supporting some of the nation’s largest energy users, he has built expertise in energy markets, asset optimisation and project delivery across complex portfolios.
Nathaniel currently leads the Integrated Energy Solutions division at Next Green Group, where he is spearheading a major Federal Government-backed battery rollout funded by ARENA. This project is focused on delivering a replicable model for behind-the-meter Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to lower energy costs, reduce emissions, and unlock commercial value in existing assets.
Nathaniel has worked closely with executive leaders, facility managers, operations teams and asset managers to make energy strategic rather than reactive. He understands that for existing buildings, energy transition is not just an engineering challenge but a financial one. Nathaniel provides clarity on how to align infrastructure upgrades with long-term asset value and climate resilience, ensuring sustainability goals translate into tangible savings.
An engaging speaker who has presented to audiences of 1,000+ at Gartner, CoreNet Global, and the FMA, Nathaniel brings a unique “whole-of-asset” perspective, connecting the dots between grid constraints, electrification, tenant needs, and the engineering solutions required to future-proof and reshape Australia’s built environment.
