Ethan Kent is the Product Manager for Intelligent Maintenance at Airmaster, where he leads the development of data-driven maintenance capabilities across large and diverse portfolio commercial building assets. With more than 15 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, Ethan has held technical and delivery roles at Beca, Bueno, and Carrier Australia.

His work focuses on bridging the gap between technology, maintenance delivery, and real-world building outcomes, including energy efficiency, indoor air quality, asset reliability, and operational cost reduction. Ethan has led successfully portfolio-scale implementations of data-driven maintenance with a strong emphasis on technician-centred workflows and sustained asset performance improvement in complex commercial environments.
