Connan started working in the building industry in 2000 with a contractor organisation before moving into consulting in 2001.

Leadership – I have been a sustainability champion for 20+ years constantly looking for different/better ways to do business.

Business/Operational Capability – as a busy consultant I understand time, budget, reputation, and risk management, both for myself, my team and my clients.

Technical Capability – I have proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and the ability to learn and adapt to new legislative frameworks.

Executive Service – I have contributed to section, office and national executive groups and I have represented my firm and clients on the local, state and national stage.
